José Muñoz

Jos√© Aparicio Muñoz Ram√≠rez was born on July 25, 1972 in Peru. He began his love for music and latin percussion at the early age of 13 with a group called Latin Fascination. At the age of 14 he had already started working professionally as a musician. Over the years he developed his musical talent and reputation and became one of the most sought out percussionists in his country, performing and recording in the most prestigious stages and TV shows worldwide. During those travels Jose has had the good fortune to perform in Africa, Europe, South America, Spain, Italy, Argentina, Ecuador and Chile just to name a few.

Over the years Jos√© has had the opportunity to work some of the best international artists of the Latin genre such as - Willy Rivera, Sensual 990, Josimar Y Su, Yambu Camag√ºey, Cesar Vega, Renzo Padilla, Tony Vega, Tito Nieves, India, Charlie Aponte, Willie Gonz√°lez, Cano Estremera, Franklin V√°squez, Dimension Latin, Ray Sep√∫lveda, Herm√°n Olivera, David Pav√≥n, Viti Ruiz, Johnny Rivera, Don Perignon, Jerry Rivera, Luisito Carri√≥n, Maelo Ruiz, Charlie Cardona, Antonio Cartagena, Gilberto Colon Jr, Jos√© Alberto, and Rey Ruiz.
