Jesse "Timbalon" Perez
Jesse Timbalon Perez is celebrating 35 years in the music business by not slowing down at all! Unlike most musicians who tour and record with one or two different artists, “Timbalon” (nickname given to him at a very young age because his father had bought him his very first pair of Timbales - known as Thunder Timbs - was granted permission to use the nickname by the original Sammy “Timbalon” Pagan) prides himself on playing in all styles, as his credits show, whether it's Salsa, R&B, Latin jazz, Rock, Pop, Christian or Smooth Jazz with a multitude of artists.
He's worked with the best such as Celia Cruz, La India, Spanish Harlem Orchestra,
Domingo Quiñones, with whom he's currently the musical director, as well as Charlie Cruz,
Kevin Ceballos, NG2, N’Klabe, Nino Segarra and many more. He continues to strive to get to the highest level.
“Timbalon” has had the honor of traveling to great parts of the world like Japan, Spain, Europe, Central & South America with these artists, but his proud accomplishment has been the honor of playing with the best of the best, musicians he has looked up to and are mentors to him, including these greats:

La 860 is a new journey which he Co-Founded, and is currently finishing their first production, which he is working as producer, composer and assistant engineer.
